Couple questions about bulking and carbs..
Now that I plan on starting to "bulk," can I start eating let's say, cheese, or pizza? I mean my diet was really strict when I was "cutting." I ate almost everything steamed, vegetables, chicken, fish, and canned tuna. Anyways, now that I'm bulking, I can start eating more "junk" food right? Let's just assume that the pizza is homemade, so I use store bought cheese, sauce etc... so I know theres no extra additives that are bad.
Also, can I start eating like frozen foods and/or microwavable foods again? As long as they help meet my dietary needs (minimal saturated fat, carbs, protein, etc...).
And one question about carbs - protein, when you eat too much (lets say like 100 grams) in one sitting, will not absorb all, but carbs you can eat like 300 in one sitting, and it will just get stored or what, or would eating that many carbs in one sitting be inefficient because it will just be turned to fat, instead of eating those 300 grams of carbs throughout the day?

btw I do realize that I'm not supposed to eat everything in site. I'm still gonna spread my meals throughout the day, but as an ectomorph (at least I think I am - I have a wrist circumference of about 8 inches, I plan on eating a little bit more.

Also, how many calories per meal should I be aiming for, assuming I'm trying to get between 3500 - 5000 calories per day.
Sorry, I could do the math myself and divide, but how many calories for certain meals?
Like how many calories should I aim for during breakfast, and at dinner especially?

how many meals a day.. and divide them evenly.. unless u want like 5 meals 3 bigger ones being ur breakfast, lunch, dinner and smaller snacks..
you have to be mroe precise and give us more info
so if you want 5 meals a day and 5k cals there is 1k cals each meal
if you want 3500 and 5 meals.. thjats 700
its simple math
then break it down into ur macros depending on what scheme u will go for 40/40/20
30/50/20 whatever

Homemade pizza isn't terrible for you, especially with whole grain crust and tomato paste that you add spices to yourself. Skim mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, you're all set You can also eat cheese lol it's not evil, it's a nutritive food.

What you eat when on a "bulk"
should consist of the same.. or very similar food items then when on a "cut" just more of it.
You can eat however you want when on a "bulk". Its just that what you shove in your mouth will decide what kind of weight you put on. Which in turn will effect how long you have to "cut" for later.
