What can I do if I HATE carb ups?
I might give them another chance because today was rough (woke up at 4AM to drive all kinds of miles and discuss dreadful ****), but I just felt I could have done so much better on Keto.
Ever since I've started keto, I've been happy and had consistent moods with energy. Today I felt crappy, irritable, depressed, and I slipped back into David Lynch mode (everything feels weird and unfocused, and I feel like a character in one of his films.) Again, I could always chalk it up to not enough sleep, but I don't think that's it. I've felt this way before when I was on carbs, for DAYS and DAYS.
Also, it was hell shoving down all of that food.
