Lifting Test: The days before..
What, in your opinion, is a good way to prepare for a lifting test, (basically all major lifts, possibly on 2 different days, but not sure..)
obviously, i wont be doing my normal workouts tomorrow. i believe im testing wednesday. would a light workout today (pushups, plyos, some light leg work) keep me ready for prime maxes?
what does everyone think? ive tested out before but I was on a HS program, there is a gap in my college prog and i dont want to be too "out of it" when i test.
some notes: -i havent taken any significant breaks all summer
-my last workout was yesterday, but was a really light leg lift
further...would i still condition the day before? or would that hinder my cleans/squats/vjs...
thanx guys. just want to make the best out of my tests.
