Taking protein on your rest days?

At the moment I'm training four times a week taking one protein shake before and after each workout, currently I'm not taking any shakes on rest days.

Should I be taking shakes on rest days, and if so how many?

Yep, still need protein on your days off of lifting. Doesn't necesarilly have to be from shakes but you should eat more food then on your off days to make up for the protein you are not getting from the shakes.

As much as you do on your lifting days. When you're not training, you're recovering which is just as equally important.

Yes, a day before the training is good to take a little extra protein

Defin need to be taking protein shakes....Everyday honestly.....what people fail to realize is that you do your growing when you rest your body.....Working out only tears the muscle fibers....resting rebuilds them bigger, and then you workout again to tear them and start the process all over again
