Any way to raise seat in car? (serious)
Im looking at buying a car but it has bucket seats, which i hate. I like being high up. It doesnt adjust to go higher either. Besides putting something on top of the seat is there anything i can do to make it higher? Maybe put something inside the seat? How much would it cost to have it professionally raised?

If it's a sports car leave it like that, it's more fun... but, to each his own, I'm sure you can find a way to raise it just, go to the dealer or some mechanic near you, it can be done

yeah i'm 5 7 i have to raise the seat. most cars can do it. i drive my moms jetta and i hate it cause my knee always hits the bottom of the steering wheel (the plastic part not the actual wheel) and the hood slopes down a lot so it feels like i'm floating in the jetsons car.

See if you can find a used power seat that will also fit the in your truck, maybe a higher model F150 or bronco or van that might have power seats, and if the brackets will fit you can install them in your truck

1) The F series trucks are ALL concidered "full size" trucks. To argue differently is only going to make you look foolish.
2) Most seats are very easy to remove from the floor with a socket wrench. By changing out the bolts for some longer ones and using some spacers you should safely be able to add up to 1 inch.
