how can lasers be good for removing unwanted hair & growing hair on scalp???

i dont get it, they say it kills the follicles but then they have laser treatments to regrow hair on ur head

Different type of laser/used differently. They also have lasers that can burn your skin and harm you, or correct your vision, but obviously they're not using the laser intended for navigation or as a weapon for the same purpose. That would be stupid.

Probably the intensity and duration, as well as where they applied. I've never heard of it for hair growth, so that may be BS.
