Does Mono really decay in water that quickly?
Because if it does then I'm forced to take pills instead of powder. I wanted to add some creatine to my post workout shake but since I cannot drink the whole shake within a few seconds but drink it on my way back in 10-15 minutes the creatine would most likely already have turned into creatinine in this time.

I really don't believe that creatine turns to creatinine that fast. If you put it in your post-workout shake and you can down it in 10 minutes or so you should be just fine

Well considering they sell liquid creatine, it obviously degrades very slow.
If its been sitting on a shelf for months, and still have creatine in it, I think you can keep it in your drink for 15 minutes, LOL.

I'm pretty sure liquid creatine is bullsh*t. When I say that I don't mean it doesn't exist, I just mean that it doesn't work at all if I'm not mistaken.

yeah creatine will last for a few hours, when i took mono (5g) teaspoon servings, i would get unflavored i would put the teaspoon of it in my mouth and then down it with a gulp of water.

NO it does not and is VERY stable at quite a large pH range.

This should help with noting the stability of creatine.

In aqueous solutions creatine is relatively stable for up to 8 hours at 25?C at a pH of 7.5 or 6.5. Breakdown after 3 days at pH 5.5, 4.5, and 3.5 was 4%, 12% and 21%, respectively (Diagram 4).

Doesn't it degrade like 3% over a period of 3 hours or something? I doubt anybody leaves it longer for 5 seconds in water lol..you'd have to try hard to mess it up.

Creatine Monohydrate has more science backing it than any other form of creatine, so one could argue its more effective if anything. And yes it is very cheap. It is one of the most effective and proven supplements around and it is also one of the cheapest

SizeON contains some mono yo! Greenmag also contains MCC which is studied as well. As for products that contain CEE, they are crap and based on psuedoscience which has been called teh fook out!

So it would be okay if I put the creatine in my post workout shake together with dextrose and whey and then drink it in 10 minutes?
Or should I take the creatine before or after the post workout shake? Because I heard that you shouldn't take the creatine together with the fast carbs because either the creatine or the fast carbs take longer to reach the blood and if you take it together then you either have an insuline spike and the creatine is still in the stomach or you have the creatine in your blood and the fast carbs still in the stomach. I hope you get what I am trying to say. Is this true?

mono is probably your best bet when it comes to creatine. Most research has been done on this particular creatine, and its effectiveness has been proven overtime. Yes its also more cost effective.
