Update: On My Dinner Date(thanks for all the help! +pic of the girl)
Hey all yesterday I posted a thread about me having a date, and needing some ideas on what to cook.

Thanks so much for all the suggestions, I ended up cooking some Fillet Mignon with nice herb butter and some mushroom stuff on it, I also got some mashed potatoes and asparagus. Along with a decent bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon
Here is how it went, I took work off a little early so I could go out to this butcher that I found online, I drove out there and I could not find the place, I drove up and down this road about 10 times before I just decided to go to the grocery store which luckily had some nice looking fillets, it took me a bout forty five minutes to get every ingredient because I had no clue where to find them. Finally after gathering them all I head back to my place, I ended up taking a wrong turn out of the grocery and I ended up in front of the butcher shop I wanted to originally go to....oh well
I get home and I get a phone call from her asking if it?s ok if she can come over early! So i'm like f*ck I haven?t even started cooking and I start racing off to do so, and I am following the instructions as best as I can and as fast as possible for a noob in the kitchen!
So a fellow poster recommended I open the wine early to let it breathe, I did so but was in such a hurry I popped the quark to hard and whine shot out all over my white suit shirt! I take it off and continue cooking getting really nervous i?m not going to have it all done.
The phone rings, its her, I haven?t even started putting the fillets on yet, I have no shirt on and i?m sweating from running around the hot kitchen, and the girl is outside! I throw a shirt on run down with a glass of wine and let her in (she is looking hot, in a nice yellow sun dress). I hand her a glass of wine, inform her i?m still cooking and she suggests helping, which was fun so we finished cooking together.
Ate the meal and it was very good, we both enjoyed it, after that we went on a walk, came back and watched a movie. Great evening all together.
