Help me form a diet
Ive been trying to eat clean and healthy. But I do not see any results. I tend to over eat and eat a lot. But I do eat the "right foods":
Tuna
Multigrain bread
eggs
oatmeal
chicken breast
ext....
But that stuff gets boring and I do not know how to spread out a meal plan throughout my day. I am very buisy between working and school so i really have a handful of time during the day to be able to eat. I always feel hungry/tired, and i need to be able to eat food which doesnt leave me feeling like a unproductive blob.
Any ideas for meal plans throughout my week? perhaps sample daily food intake from what works for you guys?
My main goal is to be able to eat healthy, lose weight, and not feel tired/hungry throughout my day.
Mon-fri these are the only times i can dedicate to food:
530am I wake up and am out the door by 630am I can fit breakfast in that period. At work by 7am
12 noon, lunch
330-4 out of work and on my way to class by 5-530pm i can most likley fit a snack in there
and i am at school until about 9pm.
After class I try and make it to the gym which is usually late, around 930-10pm. I get home around 1130-12 and go to sleep.
How can I fit in a proper diet with this schedule?
Ive hit a wall and I need some assistance.
