When I wake up: 2 scoops Whey protein, 1 serving E-BOL, 1 Opti-men multi, 2 trader joe's fish oil with 12oz. nonfat milk.
Afternoon: 1 Serving E-BOL

Preworkout (every other day): 2 scoops NOX-CG3 in 14oz water. drink half 20 min before workout, drink the rest during workout.
Postworkout: 2 scoops Whey protein, 12oz. milk
Before bed: 1 scoop Whey protein, 1 scoop Casein protein, 1 serving E-BOL, 1 Opti-men multi, 2 trader joe's fish oil. with 12-14oz. water.
I chose E-BOL because it helps you sleep better which makes you have a more postive attitude and more sleep ultimately leads to more energy throughout the day, healthier, and faster recovery time. Also E-BOL has as ashwaghanda and that improves sexual vitality

I am using NOX-CG3 because it simply works for me.
I would be eating in between and drinking plenty of water of course. How does it look? Am I missing anything? Thanks
