New stack, how does it look?

ordering a new stack today. ON 100% Whey, ON 100% Casein, ThermoLife E-BOL, ON Opti-Men multivitamin.

When I wake up: 2 scoops Whey protein, 1 serving E-BOL, 1 Opti-men multi, 2 trader joe's fish oil with 12oz. nonfat milk.

Afternoon: 1 Serving E-BOL
1 fish oil

Preworkout (every other day): 2 scoops NOX-CG3 in 14oz water. drink half 20 min before workout, drink the rest during workout.

Postworkout: 2 scoops Whey protein, 12oz. milk

Before bed: 1 scoop Whey protein, 1 scoop Casein protein, 1 serving E-BOL, 1 Opti-men multi, 2 trader joe's fish oil. with 12-14oz. water.

I chose E-BOL because it helps you sleep better which makes you have a more postive attitude and more sleep ultimately leads to more energy throughout the day, healthier, and faster recovery time. Also E-BOL has as ashwaghanda and that improves sexual vitality I am using NOX-CG3 because it simply works for me.

I would be eating in between and drinking plenty of water of course. How does it look? Am I missing anything? Thanks

good stack. you should mix your whey with water and dextrose for max absorption instead of milk

thats a good idea i never thought about that. im not going to mix dextrose, but i always wanted the milk for 2 reasons. it tastes way better, and the calcium but if the whey absorbs better with water than i will definitely use that instead of milk.

yeah its not too much for my age. E-BOL is an anabolic matrix, non-hormonal. it is supposed to improve muscle strength / size, recovery time, fatigue, etc. It has plant extracts in it.

-Rhaponticum Carthamoides: Improves muscle / athletic performance
-Rhodiola Rosea: Improves mood, physical and mental attributes
-Ashwagandha: Helps you sleep better(sedative), and, improves sexual vitality (my gf will like that lol)

It almost looks like everyone should take E-BOL, even if your not lifting weights because of all the natural benefits it has.

haha i see you finally decided to try the e-bol....as for the glutamine i and many people dont really believe in it but there are others who claim to love it so its pretty much just up to you

alright well ultimate nutrition's glutapure isnt to much money. if i decide to get it then i will but for now i think i will hold off.

I think glutamine is a very underrated supp. I definitely recover better when Im taking it. I didnt realize how well it was helping until I went off it
