Will I be fine with 4 chicken sandwiches a day 2 days a week?
I study from 7 am to 12:10/1 pm, but 2 days a week I gotta go there from 2pm to 5:30 pm also, I've been eating 2 chicken sandwiches and 18g peanuts during the morning, I think that's ok, but then I eat 2 more sandwiches at the afternoon classes. This fits my macro count well but I don't think whole wheat bread is the best carb source out there, will it really affect anything if I eat like this 2 days a week and then go on a different diet on the other days?(still 2 chicken sandwiches at the afternoon classes, but probably switch whole wheat bread for oats)
