Any of you not take breaks between supps?

I've usually taken a supplement (like No for example, with a little creatine in it) and cycle it for a few months and then wait a month or so and then repeat. Have any of you guys ever gone like more then just a few months without resting between NO products or creatine? Right now I've been taking Metrx Amped (fruit punch) and its good, but I'm almost out and don't wanna stop taking a pre workout supplement I feel it gives me that little bit of a boost to get the weight up each time. I know some of you will say these products are useless or a waste of money, but some of them work pretty well imo. What would you guys do? What would give me that extra energy for the gym if I did want to take an extended rest from these supps? Would good ol caffiene (cola or energy drinks like monster) be healthy? Just asking some questions, thanks for whoever replies!

"Take this heart from my chest Lord, renew my faith in You and let this heart sing aloud Your praises with no end in sight. For it was You God who brought forth the rain when I was dying of thirst, and it was You that brought warmth when my world went cold.
You were there when I took my first breath,
and You will be there for my last."

Amen

Thats why I choose pre-workout sup's that dont contain any of my staples, like creatine(which I dont cycle). For one you dont have to take your PRE-WO sup daily to get your creatine since you need to take your creatine on off days. Plus I get to choose what creatine I take and dont have to take whatever somebody throws into their kitchen sink pre-workout sup.

In the last 3 years or so I havn't stopped taking anything. I take Protein, Creatine, a multi and an NO pre workout sup. What I have done though is take a week off every 3 months to rest, do some cardio and recoup before I get into another program (I like to change things up significantly every 3 months or so) I take a protien shake a day during that week instead of 3 and keep taking my multi, but I do stop the creatine and the NO to give my body a little rest. IMO taking huge breaks from things (more than 2 weeks) is not very benificial. Plus, when you take a break from an NO supplement it seems like yes, you get hit harder for the first 1-2 times back into the gym but that's it and if you didn't take it for 2 weeks (10 workouts) that doesn't seem worth it to me. Also, I always switch my NO2 and creatine products up after every tub to keep things guessing a bit. I switch between a few creatine brands and alot of NO brands(mostly because I'm trying to find the best ones right now) but it seems to help. Then my body doesn't get used to one certain stim/NO/creatine blende.

About the caffiene... There is alot of caffeine in most if not all NO supplements so if you stay away from it outside of you supps it seems to make them more potent because your not so used to the caffiene. If you want to, I know plenty of people who drink a coke, energy drink or coffee before they workout. I personally don't like to because besides the caff I don't see the benifit in a sugary drink before I workout. Much rather drink a bunch of water.

The only things I don't cycle is my multi, creatine, protein/EAAs and EFA supplements. Everything else I cycle off at least 2 weeks.

Sometimes I do take breaks from stims but that is a personal preference. Try to avoid stims or keep them to a bare minimum on off days. IE morning cup of coffee or energy drink in the AM. I have currently been using a NO product with stims preworkout only, not on cardio days, for the past 3 months.
