Me mate was looking on a supplement website at testeronome (he a serious noob and is content on getting test raisers, hes 19 but still) and these where the ones available can anyone define one or more of these?

At 19, or 16, the only one of those 'he' might consider is the ecdy. It helps with protein synthesis but, finding a quality extract is not easy. At his/your age just lift hard and eat right and often. If I were him/you I wouldn't spend money on any thing but a multi, a whey supplement and a creatine like greenmag or sizeon.

uhm... most of those are not test boosters at all, now are they?

weak AI. may actually raise test. probably depends on dosing. some swear on it, but i'd consider it pretty worthless compared to e.g. ATD.

does not raise test, IMHO.

i hate this. supposedly "balances" hormones (SHBG mod + Ai like activity), but studies show that it also reduces mitochondrial activity and AR count. don't know why this is ever used in BB supplements.

- ECDY (2 Products)
does not raise test. supposedly increases protein syntheis, but in fact, does probably not work at all, depending on quality of extract and dosing and some individual factors.

- Fungugreek (2 Products)
possibly raises libido. but test? at the usual dosage? i highly doubt it. may have negative sides (actually raising estrogen?).

- Growth Hormone (17 Products)
most of those are worthless scams. the rest is just worthless.

- Horny Goat Weed (4 Products)
possibly raises libido. but test? at the usual dosage? i highly doubt it.

- Longifolia (9 Products)
depending on dosing and extract may actually raise free test (SHGB mod), similar to Nettle Root extract.

- Methoxy (4 Products)
does not raise test. worthless, IMHO.

- Resveratrol (1 Products)
general health product with many benefits. i am not so sure about the test raising. most of the resveratrol products available are probably to underdosed to get any real benefit.

- Transdermals (7 Products)
transdermal is a delivery method. what counts is the compound to be delivered.

- Tribulus (39 Products)
possibly raises libido. but test? at the usual dosage? i highly doubt it.

- Viraloid (2 Products)
since its from the company which also makes 17HD, among others, i consider it a worthless scam.

- ZMA (14 Products)
may actually work to raise test - if you have zinc deficiency which is not already addressed by other supplements. otherwise probably pretty worthless.

IMHO the only products shown to actually raise test are AIs (such as 6-OXO, Novedex XT, RXT, etc.), which i would not recommend under 21. SHBG mods such as LJ and Nettle Root extract may also raise free test, possibly at the cost of total test.
