these are the main and needed ingredients. you could add peanut butter or other powders like BCAA's, creatine, etc. or things like fruits to add flavor.

1/2 cup oats
1 cup skim milk
1 banana or some strawberries or a bit of both or any fruit
1 to 2 tablespoons natty pb
1 scoop whey
some pasteurized egg whites that come in the container 1/3 cup

What the hell is wrong with you!?!?!?!?

Other fats work just as well for caloric density. Make a salad and drizzle it with EVOO. Eat a steak and don't trim the fat. Eat chicken with the skin on it. Eat whole eggs. If you can stomach raw oats, they're pretty dense too.

oats are very calorie-dense ..... i aim for 1- 1/2 cups of oats a day.
