Yes - at least a good percentage of it - it is liquid. To completely disregard it is nonsense. The logic that if you drink 3 cups of coffee you have to drink 3 cups of liquid is faulty.
While caffeine is purtportedly a diuretic, the longer you've been consuming it, the less of an effect it has.
