20 years old, 198lbs 6'
hi
Im posting some very recent pictures of my upper body (my knees hurts, so my legs are hard to train). Posting more than one pictures of the same poses, since i think the light always is different.
What do you think is my weak/strong sides? What kind of bodytype do you think i have?

Thanks, but I am thinking about trying to keep the same weight for a period to prevent my bodyfat to increase more. My goal is to be strong competive benchpresser over time, and hopefully a powerlifter if my knees get better. My lower abs is covered by too much fat after my opinion, my waistline is about 2,9". I have eaten myself up about 18lbs since desember. This picture shows the fat a little better. What is d/k? is that lifts?

It is unreal that over 600 people looked at you but only 6 took the time to comment. While you might not be the biggest or most cut, what you have working is looking good and should be applauded.

Very Nice Job. Keep up the heard work. So what are you goals. I would say bulk and add some solid mass. Your frame can definately support it

Thanks Stevebaby and pimpsition_619! Pimpsition: I'll always been clean and always will .
Djc1: I think its because its few replyes because its hard to tell something good or bad about my pictures since they are quite average.. but hopefully after a few more years it will change .
Vagymguy: I don't feel like bulking too much now, since i don't see a reason to increase my bodyfat even more. I'll try to keep it at this % and and some more muscles and maby get cut after 1-2 years. My goals are to get as big as i can naturally and get 1st,2nd or 3rd on benchpress-contests.

Leg,s since you didn't post them, I'm assuming they need work!
Other than that, your upper body looks fairly well proportioned from what can be seen.

yeah, my legs should been better. I can post a picture of them in next week to show which shape they are in now. But as i posted earlier its because of my bad knees I can't squat heavy anymore.. I haven't deadlifted for a while neither. I hope they get better soon! Its hard to go to the gym without be able to squat and deadlift.

Learn to pose.
Your back poses, for lack of a better word, suck.
You worked hard for you muscle, learn to show it off.
You look good, keep on working man.

Back from Wacken Open Air!
I was suprised now when I got back home because of all the nice replys on my thread! I really appretiate your time! Now I have real bad conscience for not letting you know that I was going to be away from bb.com for almost a week.. But now I'm back! About the tour:
I was in the biggest metal festival in Europe and lived on beer and junkfood for 5 and a half day. Thats one of the worst thing you can do to your body! But the trip itself was mostly a very good, and I still remember how fun it was to be in the moshpit right in front of Cannibal Corpse and to see Immortal live for the first time! And ofcourse spending time with friends and meeting new people. I'll post pictures of the damaged body tomorrow.

photos after 5 days of beer and junkfood
Photoupdate: Pictures the damage the 5 days of beer and junkfood (only 2-4 meals pr. day). Got a lot of pimpels on my back and chest after all this, but I think they will disapear again after a while. The bad news is that on monday (exactly one week after the last period of beer) a new week of much beer and booze will start. But after that I will be able to be more serious again.
I also took some pictures of my legs. They are in very bad shape after havent been been squating for over a half year.
