this is why he is my favorite player.... i saw him be4 he got drafted working out and his ass was working so hard and i knew he was goin to be somthing in the NFL. but yea thats why he is a record holder b/c he works his a$$ off

i'm thinking that i will take this stuff, and things other players do and use that as part of my training before season starts

I heard he took Reggie Bush through his workout and had him puking in 20 minutes. I think I puked about 10 times just reading that...lost count but around 10.

Good article i like how in depth it is the only i would be wondering is how he does that inconjunction with his lifting. be surprised to see how that is setup

His workout seems so intense, I wish I could do that but I would need guidence and a trainer like that. Oh well...

Dude, we're not retarded man. Following a complex schedule like that isnt going to turn you pro. It will get you in GREAT shape but you have no idea how hard it is to go pro in any sport.

..? it said his trainer and LT dont really lift during their sessions because he can/does that at Chargers complex. Meaning..hes going going to lift with the trainer when he can lift with the team. They are focusing a lot on core.

Damn LT is sick but then again this is his training for his job not to demean him thats a load and it takes some peaches to workout in the offseason like that.. I'd like to see Urlachers workout (simply cuz im an LB) but yeah thats whack
