My 1st Day At Camp.........
We lifted weights for 1 hour, only upper body work outs bench, military, some other stuff I don't now the names of. And 1 hour of running and doing specific drills for the postion you play. We did 20 40s, did 10 non top and took a water break and did 10 more. Then we did the specific drills, I was O-line so we did the steps we should take on run blocks and pass blocks. I fell once during the run blocking thing but nobody touched me, the gras was wet and my ass hurts lol.
I am actually stronger them I thought. Im like the 2nd or 3rd strongest person the the team (Freshmen that is) I was actually embarresed to go their cause I though I wasn't strong enough but it turned out to be good.
Tommorow is lower body work out like squat, dead lift, hang cleans, and some other stuff. We gona run some more 40s and do ladder quick steps to get quicker.
