Buffalo wings
Going to Hooter's for a buddies bday tonight. I have a craving for wings, but don't wanna splurge on alcohol AND fried wings. If I get my wings unbreaded, are they any good nutrition wise? (i.e. am I saving fat calories by skipping the breading)

Getting them unbreaded is the better choice IMO.

I think it's wiser to eat the wings but don't have a lot of beer. If anything you can alwasy work off the fat you'll get fro mthe wings tomorow when you go to workout. However, if you're hungover then you won't want to go lift and therefore you have gained 2 bad things. Fat and a hangover lol.
Seriously though, one meal of unbreaded wings aren't really going to be that bad. It also depends on what you eat the rest of the day. Just prepare before the meal by eating a lot of low to zero fat meals and then when you get there you can splurge a bit more without feeling guilty of a few extra fat cals. But the beer is the main culprit you have to look out for. A Dos Esquis for example is 150 cals per bottle to give you an idea.
