21 year old never had a gf. First Frat party last night

Prob the worst pathetic night for you guys and for me, but for me it feels like im on the right path. I usually have ocd which isolated me from society but last night i just put it aside.

We went to this guys house who was throwing a house party but since it was the last minute, no one showed up. there were 3 gay guys 6 straight guys (including me and my boys) and 1 girl that just came from Spain and didnt speak much english.

We drove to the Frat party and on the way there, the girl was riding with us. She was in the middle and i was on the right side. On both the car ride to and back we made small talk but was limited due to language. I dunno if its her culture but she has her face really close to you when she talks so i was like wtf...

At the party, i got a few looks here and there. Prob being musclar. (yes college boys are skinny as fcuk) Talked to a few guys playing beer pong (no homo but i didnt know anyone and wanted to talk to someone) The girl ratio wasnt working to our advantage so alot of them were already talkign to guys.

I really didnt know what to say or do when i approach so i avoided it but i didnt want to leave without talking to any girl so in the end, i went out to the balcony to ask a girl if she had a cig. Mistake: dont interrupt someone's convo, especially if you're bumming for something lol.

Advice for next time? I just need to know what to say when i approach and how i should go upon doing it. IF they're already in a convo, do i just go up and talk or sit back and wait for the convo to pause, then jump in ? What about if thye all already know each other and they just see me as an outsider and ignore me ?

It's not that hard. How about saying "Hey, so how long have you been here?" "What's your name?" "You know everyone here?" Something like that. Anything really.

Here's something I've learned from studying mystery method and other stuff:

Girls like a guy with social status so a guy who knows everyone will be more attractive to women than say a loner. What to do? Learn to talk to random guys and become friends with them. I've been talking to a lot more guys and I've met new girls through the guys and once I meet these girls I can talk to them about how they know x guy and then transition to whatever else...just talk about stupid **** that comes to your mind it doesn't have to be deep or anything just small talk I mean REALLY small.

Watch best week ever on VH1 and talk about that with people "Hey did you guys see beyonce eat ****? haha"

dude, you should have taken Spanish class, man, if I was in the position you were!!

anyways, if you want to cut into a group party, be like "looks like the partys over here" and then you can cut in and start showing them magic tricks and **** or ask for their opinion on something real quick saying you're about to go talk to your friends so they'll know you're leaving soon from talking to them!
