Mysterious guy parked in front of house last 7 days 24 hours a day

ok everyone in my house has noticed this separately. basically a guy has been inside a limousine with a orange cone on top of it , in front of our house last 7 days for 24 hours. off and on.. we are not sure wtf is going on. no one knew in my house that others noticed it but my uncle was telling me today and we all started talking. we found out that the guy asked my uncle for water one day as he was leaving work. this happened twice. my uncle asked why he is always here and he said somethings wrong withthe fire hydrogen or some ****. then my aunt asked 1 day and he said there was problem with the electricity cord or something and works for con'ed. well this is scary ****. as i was talking to my uncle he pointed at the car which was still there but we thought was empty i told him to not make it noticable that he knows it. but after looking at inside car again i noticed that the guy was stil there. then he turned on the light again.

some questions to be answered is that if its a guy from con'ed why the hell would he be here 24 hours a day 7 days a week in a LIMO! why giving 2 different reasons as to why he is here. also he speaks my language which is also a rarity. always the same guy and always keeping an eye on OUR house which is being renovated currently. and other seen him eat in my porch couple times. i havnt noticed al this much but i will keep my eye out. my sister works for con'ed so she will find out tomorrow any info he can.

possibilities:

1. a robber making plans to see who is in house when, best time to rob the place (got some nice **** like a 60 inch plasma , and since the living room is totally being renovated, al lthe curtains are not there so u can see through the window.

this does not stack well because why would he be so suspicious. its almost like he wants us to know that he is watching us. i also just looked out sside window and saw him on his computer inside the car.

2. possibly some civil people since my adress is ****ed. i hada guy living here before who did a credit card scam and left usa. also i have people who lived here before who were illegal who left usa and probably did some other crap. but again, why would the not be discrete about it. why not be a little bit farteher away from house. he is RIGHT infront of house parked...

even in morning as my uncle leaves work he sees him sleeping.

3. stalker? talkd to friend and he said this is also a possibility, but what type of stalker stays parked in front of a house he is stalking all the time. i mean this might be the dumbest stalker/robber/ investigator in history.

so anytakers as to who this guy is? what kinda company has a orange cone on top of their car? im gonna notify the copys soon if this doesnt change. waiting on to see what info my sister comes with tomorrow.

Tell him he's got an hour to fukc off or call the police.

I'd personally feel more inclined to threaten the bastard and make sure he's there for a legitimate reason. If not, beat the living **** out of him.

Better to be safe than sorry. It sounds like too suspicious a situation not to investigate. Call the police, explain the situation. Even though the man is not committing a crime, given the unusual circumstances they might at least send someone out to investigate. If thats not really an option, then confront him with at least one other person. Explain that is is very unusual to see someone in their car at all hours of the day parked in front of their house. Don't be crass of demeaning, just be civil. If the guy seems okay, then ask him nicely if he wouldn't mind parking somewhere else if all he is going to do is be in his car all the time.
