Lifting After PT training or after class?

When I start college, i'm gonna have Army PT every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 6 am. Army PT consists of Push ups, sit ups, and a 2 mile run or more.

My question is should I attempt to lift after this, before my classes start?
My other option is lifting at about 2 in the afternoon before M, W, and F are my short days.

Any opinions?

I would just workout as long after the PT sessions as possible. I guess you would want to be in your best shape for those, and working out might now help that. I would say just try and space out the 2 activities.

Do your workouts in the evening after PT training. Just don't do any lifting with the same body part two or more daysin a row.Then try cardio tuesday and thursday to get your endurance levels to a great level. I think you will do better with your training then!
