Lifting After PT training or after class?
When I start college, i'm gonna have Army PT every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 6 am. Army PT consists of Push ups, sit ups, and a 2 mile run or more.
My question is should I attempt to lift after this, before my classes start?
My other option is lifting at about 2 in the afternoon before M, W, and F are my short days.
Any opinions?
