Post General Ephedrine Dosage

I realized recently (don't know why it took me so long) that if you want to do something about yourself then you gotta try what works for you and not what works for 90% of the other people out there. I was taking Lipo-6 for a while--even 6x for a little bit--because it seemed a lot of people loved it, but I realized that nothing works the way I want it to and everything just seems like another plecebo.

I thought I'd try the ECA stack, it seems to be yielding some mighty reviews, some I would even go as far as deeming zealous. Sounds pretty good, but I don't just want to hop another bandwagon of **** that doesn't even work. So I thought I'd try it out, though I ran into a problem. I don't know a whole lot about ephedrine other than it's a branch of the Ephedra family, with very similar qualities and yields very similar results, though apparently not as superior as its illegal predecessor.

My dilema is beginning this stack. No doctor will be able to recommend me a dosage, they'll explain to me a thousand and one reasons why not to take it and talk me out of it (so I'm assuming at least). I was wondering if anyone out there could suggest a dosage for me to take, for starters perhaps. I never fancied dying in the gym, it would just discourage others' workout for a day or two.

Age: 19
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 175-180 lbs
BF: I'd estimate ~8-10%

Now, I'm already anticipating a few replies stating "You're too young to take the ECA stack! Are you retarded? You have the metabolism of a jack rabbit on cocaine!" and maybe a "Your BF levels are too low to notice any real changes." but maybe that's exactly right and maybe you could save my time and wallet.

Though, giving me the benefit of the doubt, hypothetically, if I were to drop to ~5-6% BF (I also plan not remaining at 175-180 lbs btw), what would be a good dosage, for starting even?

I appreciate any and all (constructive) feedback. Thanks in advance fellas!

Aspirin is not useless. But it can cause severe stomach problems. So its best to keep it out. EC works just as good (even better?) without it.

e/c is more than capable.
altho the aspirin is not useless, imo the risks outweigh the benefits and really isn't a necessary component.

ECY is my choice too. For me it works extremely well with dosage 24mg E 200mg C 10mg Y twice a day. Though sides are much more noticeable than with EC.
