chins I did not do this one because i have no idear what the
excersize is tryed to look it up in the data base no luck.

I have not done the legs yet.

My question is should I lower my weight so I can get in all four set of each one because that what the program says? or is staying with 3 sets ok I dont no which way is better.
I do have to say this is my frist time ever doing a set rountie it feels great and with haveing it all planed out save me time at the gym.
I also do 50min cardio a day 3.4mph one the tredmill with one day off

if your doing each workout once a week, 3 sets is fine.

my advice is ditch this workout. for a beginner that too many different exercises to learn. get a simple program that does the basics. you will see much better gains. worry about hitting a muscle from 4 different angles when you have some muscle. (trying to be helpful not sarcastic)

u will never do that every day, far too many exercises. keep it to 12-15 sets per session.

Nope all comments are fine if you think I should get a simple program that's fine what would you suggest?? I would also like to still know weights over reps at this point what's more important? (My goal is to bulk to burn fat) If I do less weight and more reps I could get better form before heavier weight. And also with the program when should I increase weight on a lift?

Thanks to both of you for your comments
