******** mix creatine with whey question********

i have creatine mono and whey protein gold standard i wanna mix them together the questions is
1st take them together in the same time?
2nd should i load creatine in this case or just take 5 grams?!!
3rd what is the best time to take whey protein after workout?! immediatly or after 30 mints?

1. Some people say no but I don't think it matters
2. If you've never taken creatine before it might be a good idea to load with the mono, if you don't thats probably fine too.
3. Usually its creatine mono immediately post WO, then whey 20-30 min later

Eat a whole food meal 1 hour pre....take your 5 grams of mono 15-3o min pre (I don't load)...take a fast digesting carb immediately post...take your whey about 30 min post

Articles (and instructions on the bottle...) provided me the following info:

Creatine in whatever dose pre-workout (on an empty stomach for best results)
Whey at 30min-1hr post-workout

You could take a light shot of whey 20 minutes pre-workout (take the creatine FIRST!) so that the body can consume amino acids as needed for double intake and then have it again post workout to feed the body what it's just used up.

id like to know what article reccomends waiting 30 mins to an hour to take whey pwo.
