considering first aas cycle

BASIC lifting facts: these are my CURRENT maxes. . .
flat barbell bench press - set of 6 reps on 205 lbs; max of 1 rep on 225 lbs
standing dumbbell curl - set of 4 reps w/ 55 lbs each; max of 1 rep on 60 lbs
lat pulldown - set of 8 reps on 200 lbs; max of 1 rep on 220 lbs
leg press - set of 8 reps on 595 lbs; max of 1 rep about 775 lbs
overhead press - set of 6 reps on 115 lbs; ? max
barbell bentover row - set of 4 reps on 185 lbs; max of 1 rep about 205 lbs

(these numbers give an overview as where i stand strength wise at the moment; these are by no means the only exercises i perform as i work out one body part a day and constantly change my routine to keep my muscles guessing and adjust the order of the days around ;i've come a long way with struggling to curl 12.5 lbs to being able to curl over 50)

i've been committed to working out for over a year now. i've made gains along the way in strength and size (i'm posting the pictures up real soon), taken basic supplements (whey & casein protein, daily vitamins, fish oil, creatine - started with NO xplode but i'm a fan of Gaspari Nutrition SizeON, did a "prohormone" cycle (lg methyl 1-d and liquid masterdrol) and changed my lifestyle around to the routine of hitting the gym at least 5x a week. honestly, my diet has improved drastically from being a fat kid, but it could be better.
currently, i am at 200 lbs. and stand at 5'10". i eat about 3,000 calories a day, mostly protein (i have a protein shake first thing in the morning, and one pre and one post-workout) but i rationalize and allow myself to one sloppy meal every other day. growing up as a fat kid, i developed a very slight case of gyno (mostly just fat on in the nipple section) which i am very self-conscious about and is my motivation in the gym. i must struggle genetically in the chest department, as i can't seem to break a plateau.
anyway, i've been doing a lot of research through bb.com and with friends who have been on test/deca. i am highly considering a cycle primarily for greater strength gains. i know the size will come along, but i want expert advice on which gear will trigger the least amount of estrogenic effects to someone who may or may not be predisposed to gyno.

* i already know i must incorporate squats and deadlifts into my routine.

one of my close friends was on a 10-week cycle and just bloated while taking test (i believe 250 mg/week) and deca (not sure of the amount), but did get extremely strong in a quick amount of time. he had no definition whatsoever, partly because he had a high bf % before hand and ate ****ty.
how is equipose in comparison? what would be the best steroid available that does not necessarily bloat your mass, is less of a risk with the issue of gyno? i understand there is no magical pill or injectable for that matter and understand there are inevitable risks that need to be weighed out between the pro's and con's of aas. any help is beneficial. if u got any questions that would further inform you about myself and would lead you to give you a more sound response to my consideration, by all means ask away

Have you bulked without gear? Seems like you prob. have a lot of natural potential left.

i just stopped a bulking cycle. i gained 16 lbs. in 2 months and upped my calorie intake, and my supplements consisted of SizeOn, and the LG Science month long "bulk stack" - Methyl 1-D, Liquid Masterdrol. I 'm cutting now while on a EC stack (ephedrine/caffeine) and LG's Formadrol (meant for PCT after their bulk stack), although I am going more intense and heavier on my workouts. Besides EC and Formadrol, I'm not on any creatine and still take my daily supply of fish oil, green tea, multi-vitamin and protein shakes.
A lot of people have been telling me I have a lot of potential left, considering I've only been really lifting consistently for a year now. My calves are genetically big and so are my arms, but I feel my chest is small and flabby in comparison to the rest of my body.
Maybe I'm being a little impatient, but I feel I'm doing something wrong if I began my bench at just under 135 last May of '06, and I can only do 205 right now. I thought I would have at least 2 plates of 45 each side for set of 8 reps.

That means your bench when up at least 70 pounds in just over a year, not bad. I was just saying that with under a year in you could try other things first to get your lifts up, ie powerlifting or rest pause. Just a thought, I understand what it is to get anxious espically when you see everyone else and their results. If you do it be smart about it.
good luck

I agree that you probably have some more natural potential, although congratulations on the advances you have made in the past year. I think you should give it a little bit more time of 'committed' lifting before you dive into gear. Read the stickies about the sample cycles and read about the different compounds in bigcat's steroid profiles. It'll give you an idea of what people will recommend and what the compounds will do.
To answer your question simply, first cycle usually consists of test enanthate or cypionate alone at 250mg to 500mg per week for 10-12 weeks.
