"I Hate PDA's"

Well... i was having msn convo with my gf of a few months now everything going great but tonight she just got wierd.

She was reading something out of magazine on men or some **** and quoted to me on msn "Now that men cant keep woman tied in the kitchen they like to kiss them in front of other people to display they are taken off the market". She asks me if this is true i just responded lol probably then she hits me with "lovely i hate PDA's too" (Public displays of affection) Now this is where the WTF hammer smacks me in face... im like why?

She goes oh i feel sometimes people are staring etc i dunno if shes just being shy or this **** has some kind of alterior meaning. She never had so much of problem when weve been out like clubbing before etc but says that tonight.

I guess problem is... i had a dream like couple weeks ago a wierd one i was at work (Checkout for supermarket im at college) she came to my till and kissed some guy in front of me i followed her out and said whats up.. she said nothing walked away and i said it was over and i woke up at that second.

Guess paranoia is eating me up.. i dont know does she want to be stared at in a nightclub? does she want attention? is she embarressed by me underneath?

Seriously i could just be paranoid too but what the ****?

My ex was like this and I couldn't stand it. Don't tell me you want to be my wife and have my kids and not be able to comfortably kiss me in public. Sick puppy, she was.

Yeh bro, shes done it before though seemed to have no problem...but sort of she says this now and leaves me thinking wtf why say that? like shes changing her attitude cause of something.

Shes not ****ed in head trust me on that.... but i dont know honestly.

You need to call her out! If this is a sudden shift in behavior, you need to understand why.

Yeh topic never came up... maybe shes always felt like this but did it anyway... i mean as i said just last week out together we kissed etc (nightclub). But if i see a behavioural change this saturday then man... im REALLY worried and will have to call her out on it.

People are going to be less inhibited in a club and under the influence of whatever. . .

I still say you ask her about it.

True. In your honest opinion could you conclude any reasons why a shift in behaviour like this would occur?

This is absolutely the WRONG thing to do. Speculation is just that. . . speculation. Sit her down, look her in the eye and ask her what is going on. That's it. No specualtion. It will only put ideas in your head that may, in fact, hold no validity.

A peck goodbye and things like that in public are fine with me. Or if I'm drunk and we're at a club, then whatever happens happens.

But if we're just chilling on the street corner, I don't know if its just me, but the whole making out deal, so everyone in the world can see is not for me.

Plus then that just makes private time that much more special.

No one is suggesting making out in public. That is silly and foolish. We're talking about hugging, holding hands, light kissing, etc.
