What about chocolate milk? It has alot of protien and it writes on the cartoon its part of some healthy guide to nutrition. Sure as hell tastes good.

dextrose will cause an insulin spike, which will help shuttle protein faster to your muscles.
a good option for a post workout meal is a whey protein shake (60 grams protein), and some dextrose.
chocolate milk is okay if you can't get protein from anywhere else.
