hah...that happened to one of my friends and we made fun of his lactating abilities for hte longest time. A lot of guys get nipple rocks (not sure the correct terminology for them) but it occurs when there's excess T in the body which occurs during puberty (not the same as Gyno, so don't worry)....Seeing tha tyou're 19 yr.s old, I Think you're safe from this happening again, but i could be wrong.

Sounds like gyno... you're apparently lactating... and the soreness is caused by the glands under your skin.
Don't listen to me, go to the doctor. I am not a doctor! NOT A DOCTOR!!!

Go to a doctor and get some bloodwork done. Ask them to give you a report which includes testosterone, estrogen, and prolactin levels. Do you feel a gland or hard tissue (not fat) behind your nipple? Lactating is a result of high prolactin levels, you have to have really high levels of prolactin to start lactating. GO TO A DOCTOR! If your levels are still high, the doctor will probably perscribe you a dopamine agonist, which will lower prolacting levels. Just giving you a heads up, good luck.

It depends. If you have no more soreness, or lactation, then your levels have probably returned to normal. You are 19, so I wouldn't expect you to experience any other symptoms. I still recommend you get some bloodwork done, because this could be more than a hormonal issue (not trying to freak you out, just get it checked).
