Bodybuilders...I need your help
Hi, I'm 18 years old, and I am a little too skinny for my liking, the result I want will still be considered skinny to a-lot of you guys, but it would make me happy, and if I reach it, I would certainly be inclined to bulk a bit more afterwards.
I'm looking to add 1 - 1 1/2 inches to my upper arm, and a half an inch - an inch to my lower arm. here are my current arms.
(no need to express your envy of my finely tuned farmers tan )

My arms are rather small because I biked most of my life, giving me hulkish (compared to the average chum) legs, and slim arms. I just want to add a bit , like I said up above.
I live in a small SMALL house, in a small SMALL town (no gym =<). We have a local mart here and they sell dumbbells, so I think I will invest in a pair, I was also thinking of those little weights for my wrists for when I go jogging; but I wanted to come here first, because most of you know everything when it comes to building. I'll check up on this thread tommorrow, and I hope some of you could give me a little bit of advice, I would be very greatful. thank you

Ok, this is gonna blow your mind, the trick to getting HUGE.
... EAT MORE.
Lift with alot of frequency, ie, totaly body workouts, rippetoes etc.

My biceps are the only thing that is bothering me atm, so I wanted to target them first.
If I buy a pair of dumbbells and just lift for 45 mins a day 5/days a week, will I notice at least minor results in a month or two?

You're going to need rest (do not do 5 days a week).
Get a proper routine, do not just hit your biceps.
I'd suggest signing up to a gym and looking at the Rippetoes program to begin with.
