Jogging every morning, weights every night

Is this a good idea or a bad idea?

I'm only 169lbs - it doesn't sound like i'm overweight (i think), but i don't have very much muscle at all.
I imagine my body fat percent will be pretty high.
Will this make me bigger?

I intend to eat right.
Every morning i will eat Oatibix.
I'll have a snack at about 10am then have a Tuna + Cucumber sandwich (whole meal bread) at dinner.
I will have another snack at 3 and another healthy meal at tea time (6pm).
I will probably have another bowl of Oatibix at 9pm also.
I'll be drinking plenty of water during the day also.

Your not going to pack on any muscle unless you eat enough so make sure your eating above maintenance

And if you are trying to get bigger, I wouldn't do cardio every day. Maybe cut it back to 3 times a week or so. Make sure you get enough protein and overall calories as Patmac said.

Just eat a lot of clean, healthy foods and lift like a demon.

What foods are high in protein?
Chicken, fish, and all other lean meats, EGGs, WHEY PROTEIN, Cottage cheese, milk, nuts, Peanut butter......these are all the major foods we like to eat to get our sources of protein....eat a ton of them if you want to gain some muscle on that muscless body (so you say) !
