what next?

ok for my first meal i had 2 giant ass home made WW waffles with calorie free syrup and a bowl of berries...so what should i have for my 11am meal?

uncle sams cereal with eggs?
oats with eggs?
PB sandwich?
boring chicken breast?

idk would it b ok to have uncle sam cerial with skim ilk and eggs? or is that too much carbs after waffles?

Why are you so obsessed with cereal and waffles? They aren't good for you..

Cut those out, start eating healthier, and stop asking about your eating on here until you can develop somewhat of a normal eating schedule

Kashi's as sugary as anything else, I don't really understand the fascination with it.

But there's nothing wrong with homemade waffles using a whole wheat mix or a ww cereal that isn't loaded with sugar (like Uncle Sam). However, I fail to see the protein in that first meal.

If you are going to have a cereal then choose shredded wheat. It has one ingredient - 100% wholegrain wheat. I like it, makes a nice change from oats.
