BIA bodyfat readers BAD!!!
ok DONT get those $15 cheap ass BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) body fat readers. I did , and it says i'm like 28% ...i just can't believe it to be that high..maybe it is but i'm still taking it back cause it bounces between 26-29 in the matter of minutes. do i really look like i'm 28%?? i don't think so
