Just picked up some TJ buffalo burgers!
280 cals, 43 protein, 12 fat blahblah
Now for the question...How do you prepare them? I don't feel like turning on the outside grill.
Edit: http://www.calorie-count.com/calories/item/111759.html That's the exact ones...might help with describing the thickness or something...

just stick it in a pan on medium heat if you want for maybe 5 min each side, really depends how big they are or how thick they are. put the lid on too

I like those too. Not a bad price for buffalo burgers at all. Trader Joe's has some ridiculously low-priced but high quality stuff. I used to get depressed, living in Nashville, with no TJ's around.

Quick, someone make a smart@ss remark!
Anyway, I don't cook them to medium, I cook them to medium rare. By that I mean that as soon as the outside has color, take it the hell out of the pan or off the grill before the inside cooks. It should be pink and juicy.
