Need Help, Just Started Working Out..

Hey Guys,
Just Started Working Out Like 1 month ago..
And I Wanna know what i should be doing..
i want to be attractively built.. not REALLY built..
i have been working my chest, arms, legs and traps..
all seems to be going well..

The only thing that i am having trouble with is my Abs
i can feel my abs very well, and when i look in the mirror..
i can see them slightly.. but when i sit down i develop
'ROLLS' can someone please help me, i need to know what
I'm doing wrong.

Should i be jogging whilst working out, because i eat pretty healthy foods.
Another thing is, how would i get my legs bigger, i have a average body
with CHICKEN-LEGS!!

So to summarize this whole thing up i would basically like to know 3 things;

1. How to remove my 'ROLLS' when i sit down
2. How to get my 'CHICKEN LEGS' bigger
3. Should i be jogging? if so, for how long
4. How many times a week should i work out
5. What protein should i be using as I'm relatively new to this.

Thanks deeply for your time

Thumbs up need help

ive really had a problem with people on this forem telling me to search.its the last thing i thought id be telling anyone BUT,
if you look at some of the catagories on the forem selection screen you will find enough info, to educate you on what to do,regarding workout programs diet supps. and it would take more questions from you then you even would think to ask,to even ask the questions that have already been answered.
im sure not giving you a bad attitude.but there is enough info.for you to read until you are sick of it.

Thumbs up search

if you go to a heading that looks like something your interested in like supplements.
click on that and other headings will come up like supplements for beginers.there will be a lot of info there.
you can go to workout programs click on it and if a sub heading like workout programs for beginers does not come up click on workout programs and on the upper right corner of the page there will be a heading saying search this forum.click on that and type in specific questions and all the answers to that specific question will be avail. to you.
if you want to get info on workout programs for people just starting out click on the search this forem tab and type in workouts for beginers or something to that effect.
if your interested in a supplement or what should you take for a beginer go to the supplement page click the search this forem tab and type in supplements for beginers or something similar.
i dont think you would get much help from any of us with as broad a request for help as you asked for as it covers way to much of an area and has already been covered.
if you have any specific questions pm me or just ask the question a simple not compound question and you prob. would get more help.
also if and when i answer a question of yours im sure several others will respond as they might not agree with me.
keep plugging away read everything you can and the picture will become pretty clear after a while

Try Rippetoes SS program it will get you strong and give you some pretty massive legs just make sure you eat at least 1 gram of protien for ever pound of body weight. And the key to seeing your abs expescially your lower abs its all about the DIET and CARDIO need really clean diet and 3-4 times a week of cardio hope I helpd

PS if you start the Rippetoes program the first time you really work your legs its gonna hurt like hell for a week every time you sit down or stand up..but dont miss a work out need to train your body to get use to hitting squats 3x a week
