Question about eating every 2 hrs
I know your supposed to eat every 2 hrs. But here is my problem. Sometimes I eat a rather large meal, not a cheat meal. Say maybe a large steak and a sweet potato with salad. Im stuffed for several hours. What does everyone do when this happens? Do you force yourself to eat 2 hrs later or just wait til your hungry again?

Try drinking green tea in between meals and eat every 2 and a half hours instead. I find this works well for me

dont eat such big meals, try to eat balanced amount every 2-3 hrs. theres almost 30gs of protein in 100 grams of steak. and 100 grams of steak is a lot less than you might think (if you weigh it out)
i think being stuffed is a sign you ate too much in a sitting

I am rarely hungry at this point. I only get hungry when I go over 3 hours without food. However if you're still feeling full after 2.5 hours then you've probably eaten too much for 1 meal. Like the other guy said already, try weighing your food and only eat as much as you need to. Don't eat out of hunger, eat to keep your body fueled

if u want to eat every 2 meals cut the steak in half and the potato in half and have it for 2 meals.. portion everything out and try to shoot for a specific amnt of protein/carbs/fats at each meal that way you know how much to eat
sure it may be tough, but ur body will get used to it over time and it becomes a daily routine.. dont let ur mind lead u in the wrong direction.. use ur willpower and stick to ur diet

it may be beneficial for some people to eat every 2 hrs depending on their metabolism.. but for some others cannot stomach food every 2 hours..
for some they can only process 4 meals a day .. it really all depends on how many cals u are taking in at these meals and if ur stomach can process/metabolise it

That's not metabolism, it's the digestive system and how long it takes for the somatch to empty.
If you find youself becoming hungrey withen 10min of ingesting a meal. Either:
A. Eat more filling foods, like fats, veggies, or wheats
B. Slow down. Make sure you're chewing every bite, so your brain signals the "full" sensation to the body.

Just eat again when you are hungry if that happens. Really, it's not a big deal. Keep total calories for the day the same.

You don't really need to eat every 2 hours, try taking it too 2.5-3 hours. If you're at home then split your steak dinner into 2 meals, if out w/ people i tend to just eat a normal meal and maybe go 4 hours until eating again.

Some people prefer to eat every 2-3 hrs, some people go way longer and only eat 4-5 meals throughout the day. It's all personal preferance. It isn't set in stone that you MUST eat every 2 hours...it doesn't even boost your metabolism as much as it's cracked up to. Just eat when your hungry, and eat till you're full. It really isn't that complicated.

Try supplementing with Vitamin b-9 or b-12
B-9 "It also increases the appetite and stimulates the formation of digestive acids. "
