Cable Fly/Crossover?
I was looking at the Bowflex Revolution machine and how the adjustible arms for their cables can go out far to the sides. It seems like it would make a really cool bench press or fly that focuses a lot more emphasis on the chest since you're pulling the handles inwards.
A lot more than dumbbells.
Plus, also unlike gravity-based implements, there's nothing stopping you at the middle point. Unlike dumbbells which lose resistance in the middle and actually work your back muscles in a stretched position past it, it would just get harder and harder!
