when to take supplements
i bought
-sizeon
-shock therapy
-real gains
-fish oil
-animal pack
-opt. 100% whey
SizeOn will be taken post workout (i know it says sip but post is fine)
Shock Therapy will be taken 30 min before workout
not sure when to take the rest though. some people have suggest different things for fish oil/real gains/animal pack so i just wanna get it all down since a lot of people go away from what the directions says.
should i take pack when i wake up or 30 minutes after meal before my workout?

Take the protein within about a half of an hour after you complete your work out. I take flax seed oil (a different omega-3 than fish oil) 3 times a day, usually morning, mid day, and before I go to bed.

yeah i know when to take the whey but how about real gains?
i'll probably do fish oil in the morning, mid day meal and after dinner/before bed i guess

Apart from Shock Therapy and SizeOn that you've already stated, they can be taken whenever.
If taking more than one serving try to space out the servings evenly to get more benfit.
e.g If taking 3 servings of whey a day don't take them all in the morning.
Animal Pak I take when I wake up, along with my breakfast and whey.

animal pak, in the morning so u can wake up with all ur vitaiums..
SizeOn - post work out
whey - whenever...every 2 hours or lest at night...
shock - idk what it is...shoulds like a vituim so take it in the morning
fish oil - probly in the morning
Real gains- dont kno what it is, but if its a weight gainer, def at night at lest

yeah well a lot of repeated stuff
i got everything down besides Real Gains
some people split the servings up
should i take half serving of Real Gains sometime before workout and then 1 before bed?
it says 3.5 scoops = 1 serving and that would last for 11 days if i take 1 serving a day.
