idk what i want for bench or squat. i think im going to max raw touch n go bench, and then raw squat and then in a suit.
probably 210-220 for bench.
335-350 for raw squat.
and 435-450 for suited squat.
These were about the same numbers i got last time but i was also 25 pounds heavier.
