This is a very important phase of your weightlifting program. I believe the HST guys call it "strategic deconditioning". You take two weeks off, then when you get back to the gym your body will have to adapt all over again to this new stimulus and you will grow huge! It works out perfectly!
Strategic deconditioning, yep, that's what you are doing.
Every body needs time off from their workouts once in a while, to give your body a chance to recover and heal, your on vacation, enjoy yourself.
