Chest/bis back/tris? or chest/tris back/bis?!?!

ive heard its good to do chest with bis n back with tris cuz when u bench u use ur tris n tehre already worked so if u do tris with back then u get a more full workout due to them not being ***itged at all...same with bis nback but i keep here aswell to do back n bis n chest n tris because u already began to workthem so finsh them... my question is for mass n stregth gains shuld i be doing chest/bis back/tris or chest/tris back/bis... thanks for ur help

You could also do chest/back and bi's/tri's great for a superset routine.

I do chest/bi's and back/tri's for the reason you just said, doing it like this means they get hit more directly.

its proven more effective to work chest/tris and back/bis... well for me and some of the personal trainers at my gym... that is because the back compound exercises work bis and chest compound exercises work tris... so after they're worked, you do 6 sets more for each part, and you're done. or, you can put back and chest workout earlier in the week, then later on in the week, when those body parts heal, you can do arms later in the week.

i've just started a new bis/tris routine, and in one week (well one day for my bis), I can do way more weight then I could do last week (curling wise). I jumped from curling 50 lbs. over preacher to 70 lbs. :O, but I could do 70 lbs. before also, but not after other biceps exercises, now I can, seems my bicep can maintain more stress
