Sharing info on great breakfast
I noticed that alot of people may eat all bran or another "healthy" cereal and I have one that is truly the best breakfast cereal out there and wanted to share.
Kashi GO LEAN
Per cup with 1/2 cup fat free milk = 185 cals, 1gf and 17 grams of protein!
Hands down the highest protein cereal on market. Also provides 10 g of fiber.
I love the taste and crave it all the time.

I am right here with you on this one. My mom bought this cereal and I loved it especially when I read the side of the box.

No doubt they carry it. I bought a double pack of it a few weeks ago. Gotta love Kashi cereal!

Ive been trying to find it at my local grocery stores with no luck. I go into sams club and see a giant box of it. The only problem is it gives me gas. I thought it was a coincidence, but everyday I eat it I cant stop dropping f bombs.
