Fried Rice
Is fried rice bad for u..? or is it not bad or not good just neutral..?
because i thought it would be neutral because it is carbs and normal rice is allowed..? somone give me advice peace

There are a lot of oils used when it is made in restaurants, but you could make a light version at home with extra veggies that could be a heathy substitute

I get fried rice from this Chinese restaurant close to my house. It is extremely light on the oils and has a lot of good protein sources like eggs, pork, beef AND chicken. I love it.

I like to add already cooked basmati rice to the skillet when im frying up some chicken in olive oil, tastes fantastic.

Nothing wrong w/ it if the oil is under control . . .
As others have said, I prefer my homemade version. Restaurants generally use oils that r less than the best, even if they are moderate in using them.

but i think in freid rice they put agino moto (White powder) in it which is bad for us

Ok thx u guys for all the help but i have a couple more quistons those people that said they make homemade fried rice can u get give me the ingrediants and how u make it cause i have a wok at my house so i can easily make it also The people that order it but have it lightly made what should i tell them not to use an oil or some **** ..?
