Weights/Cardio help
So far this month i've been doing HIIT at 2pm, then weights at 9pm but today i felt kinda bad in the gym because I think i'm kinda overdoing it w/ the HIIT.
This is my plan right now:
Monday- HIIT+20 min jog afterwards at 2pm, Regular weights at night
Tuesday- HIIT+ 20 min jog at 2pm, then the circuit at night which kills me
wed- 30 min jog
thursday- HIIT+20 min jog afterwards at 2pm, Regular weights at night
Friday-HIIT+ 20 min jog at 2pm, then the circuit at night
So i was thinking and i think im gonna change it to something like this..
mon- Weights at 2pm, HIIT+20 min jog afterwards at night
tue- 30 min jog at 2pm, circuit at night
wed- HIIT
thursday- weights at 2pm, HIIT +20 min jog at night
friday- 30 min jog at 2pm, circuit at night
I think that'll be less stress on me, what do you all think? thanks
