leavin in few days
leavin for airforce...i heard u loose lot of weight...so if i eat a crap load of meat for each meal, will i loose all my fat and come out ripped? ( i dont have much fat..)

You're not going to have too much control over your menu. . .
And Air Force isn't exactly held up as the prime example of physical fitness (and before anyone jumps on me, neither is the Navy  )
Don't fixate on what will or won't happen with your body, because there's not much you can do about it anyway. Pay attention, follow orders, and congratulations on choosing a great career!

First, thank you for volunteering to serve and protect our county
Second, during basic training, dont worry about BB because you have no choice but to eat what they give you and when you get it. You can get back into it once you head to tech school.
nutsy54 gave you some wonderful suggestions for surviving basic training
