120 Fat Calories (forget about the 14g of fat...that may have been rounded UP)
Then, subtract out the 1g of fiber...
That gives 13g of both Protein and Carb combined (each is 4Cal/g, so combining them makes this easier for me)
13 X 4 = 52
52+120 = 172 Cal...
