Any hope?
At almost 19 years old, 5ft 6in 130lbs I would consider myself a lightweight in many respects. Overall I like my body, I've set foot in a gym maybe 10 times in my life and I have fairly low bodyfat (latest test puts me at 11%). I'm not physically active at all (no sports, and my job is sitting in front of a computer), but I'm pretty fit.
What I want to know is this, at what age can I set aside any hope of getting taller? I've been told that some guys get bigger in college, but I'm guessing I'm not getting any taller.
Since I'm not expecting any height, I'd at least like to put some muscle on. From what I've read, diet is extremely important. Mainly high in protein and frequent eating. Right now I rarely eat breakfast (yes I know, its not good for me), and I eat a fair amount at lunch & dinner (equivalent to about 2 sandwiches). Compared to every guy I know, I eat very little. So I'm thinking foods like eggs, tuna, chicken, peanut butter & the like. I'm not really worried about putting a little fat on, my #1 goal is to gain size...I figure I can cut from there.
