How bad are cheat days supposed to be?
My cheat days are only dinner cheats, but I go all out. For example, a large pizza, or 5 hots dogs and a fry, 3 bigmacs and large fry and nuggets...
What would be an "OK" cheat because I'm sure I'm probably eating double of what I should on my cheat days...

3 bigmacs might be a little too much, considering all the trans fat in there... but i eat a medium pizza and a light ice cream pint every saturday. total calories is between 2 and 3k.

lol i used to do that **** too! I would probably consume around 6-7 k cals when my maintenance is around 2700 <====(world pizza eating qualifier). You can still be in good shape but not great. For my cheat meals, I usually will go and have 2 slices of deepdish like once a week. Try to switch it up to a cheat meal and not a cheat day, your body will look completely different.

i eat very clean the whole week. 6 meals a day evenly spaced. cheat meals can be pretty bad (but still good for you). i always eat the same cheat meal every week for the past 11 months now. but i guess i just have a thing against mcdonalds, lol.

Today is my 3-month anniversary for my first cut and I've yet to take a cheat. I'm thinking about taking one soon though.

Yea the keyword is cheat MEAL and not DAY. A whole day can mess up serious progress you have made that whole week.
