Concentration bicep curls every day?
Hey, anyways im new here. And one of my weak points is my biceps at only 16.5 inches. Anyways, i usually work them out every day at the end of my respective split. Its not as if i am doing a full bicep workout everyday, so there should be no problem right?

16.5 inches arent very small biceps, but i can see how you can see them as small being 5'11 197, you might be over training them if you train them everyday..

Train them once every 3 days and you'll see better results. Don't do small workouts everyday, blast them once and let them rest, and i'm sure you'll see results.

Yea, they are nothing compared to my legs at 27 inches.

Hmm, i'll keep that in mind. And yea they look small, although my chest is my biggest weak point i dislike working chest though.

Naa man, you look good actually.
Don't train your bi's everyday. Don't even just do a couple of light sets everyday.
If you train your bi's on different days to your back, don't directly work them anymore than twice a week (maximum) or you'll be overtraining for sure.
Also, just checking, do you follow the cricket? (Saw you were a springbok).

Completely agree!
Your muscles grow when they have time to repair themselves after a heavy workout. That's a 1-2 day process. If you keep tearing them down, they'll never have a chance to grow bigger.
PS: Do you place as much attention on your triceps (hard to tell from your picture, although your overall progress is definitely something to be proud of!)

Ergh, not so much actually. Lately (in the last month or so) Ive been working my tri's really hard because I did notice they are lacking. I hate to say it but i used to be one of those Curl n Squat guys. :P

i do them occasionally in my upper body workout. i tend to stick to barbell curls and dumbell curls.
