When I was on creatine and whey I was drinking nearly 2 and half gallons a day. I stopped and I'm down to around a gallon and a half right now. I wanna get it down to a gallon though, I should probably just buy a little jug that measures out to a gallon, fill it every night and make sure it is polished off by the time I go to refill it that evening.
I think I am consuming too much water too.
I consume around 40 oz. at breakfast, then another 40 pwo (about 1 hour after breakfast), then another 40 oz. w/ 3rd meal, 40 more oz. w/ dinner and a few more throughout the evening. This does NOT include the 2-3 cups of black coffee and green tea I have during the day.
When I was drinking 2.5 gallons a day I was pissing like a race horse every hour or so, it was basically completely transparent too.
